Before we go on, in the name of transparency, I want to lay out the exact steps you’ll take should we mutually decide to work together. 

First, there are a few requirements you must meet. 

  1. You must be able to pass a background check. Industry regulations require background checks to ensure a history of honesty and integrity before allowing individuals to handle sensitive financial information and sell insurance products to people. 
  2. You must be licensed to sell insurance. If you’re already licensed to sell in your state, then you’ll just need to show your up-to-date license. If you aren’t licensed, this can be done fairly quickly, depending on your motivation to complete it. You’ll complete your education, which can be done online. Next, you must take and pass the state licensing exam for your state. You’ll also pay an application fee, which can vary from state to state. All in is typically between $150 to $300.  
  3. You must be willing to invest in your own success. I’ve found that nothing worthwhile in life comes for free. If you see spending money on training and education as an expense, this opportunity is not for you. 

Because we’ve found that people who expect an ROI (return on investment) at no cost are overnight success-chasers. Success-chasers expect others to do the work for them… and then want the people who did all the hard work to pay them for the privilege of doing their work.
