Our Independent Agents have access to numerous resources to help start their business and become acquainted with our agency as well as the world of Independent Agents.

 General Process:

 

 

  • Prospective agents should contact our agency through our website contact form or by phone.

 

  • Prospective agents will be contacted by our Recruiting Manager to set up an initial interview.

 

  • The initial interview will be used to determine whether or not Secure American and the potential agent are a good fit for each other.

 

  •  After the initial interview, the prospective agent will meet with the agency Principal for a final interview.

 

 

New Agent On-Boarding Process:
  • All new agents are provided with extensive training and support throughout the initial on-boarding process.
  • All new agents are required to complete all paperwork and provide proof of licensing before the initial training period.

  • All new agents are provided with a personalized New Agent Binder. Some of the material in the binder include:
